Sewing Supplies Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened, uncut, and unwashed items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Cut fabric
• Discounted items / items on sale
• Gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at yvonne@commonthreadclaremont.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at yvonne@commonthreadclaremont.com.

Sewing Studio Policy

Cancellations and changes made at least 24 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or a make-up token toward a future class. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time.

No-shows will forfeit the registration fee.

If we cancel a class due to low enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund with no processing fee, or the option to reschedule.
